High quality Agoya shell, which is known for its strength, even when the button is fairly thin as these are. Smooth, sleek, high shine and glowing, some curve up a bit; no two will be exactly alike. (These are real shell, not plastic!) Diameter 20mm 13 16" which is a bit larger than 3 4". Holes are about 2mm.
