a spots on the jacket and some scattered stains on the skirt

It measures about 3 1/2" by 3 5/8"

The chain has some discoloration and the charm has some light scratches and minor discoloration

It has fairly little original paint left and the cloth strap on the latch is missing. It would likely need a little filler primer to fill the even light pitting. Marked 1936. It still has the liner. These early short cans are becoming quite hard to find.
