Classic Tumbarumba acidity which is propped up by the use of select French oak, leading to some spice on a rich and full palate. Long lean natural acidity. Whole bunch pressed directly to a selection of French oak barriques and stainless steel tank. Alcoholic fermentation with a selected yeast. 12
