There is a vinyl cover on the clippers which most people would think would definitively date this to the post war period but vinyl was very popular in the 1930's and I have owned a number of dated examples so it doesn't really help

MEASUREMENTS (approximate): Bust 38" Waist 30 1 4" Hips free Length 44" Made of a nice heavy weight material. Metal buttons with edelweiss flowers on them. It appears to be handmade as there are some uneven seams (it is mostly well done, in my opinion). Side metal "Opti" zipper marked "Made In Germany." Some wear loose stitching along the collar. There are a few pulls in the material.
