It measures approximately 105cm X 140cm (approximately 41 1/4 inches by 55 inches)

These type of shirts are always loose in the waist

but generally these skirts do not have any really noticeable holes

The printing is not aligned too well, there are some thin gaps between printed blocks. It is is in very good condition, but is a little wrinkled. This is most likely pre war, from the late 1930s. It might be related to a specific event, but I am not sure what that would have been exactly. I have heard it was for Mussolini visiting Germany and I have heard it was a souvenir item sold
