Räuchermann Turk? sewing The red one has stainingNice older Ruchermann, smoking man, possibly intended to be a Turk? I am not exactly sure what he is. There is almost nothing they won't turn into a smoking man, so it can be hard to work backwards. This stands a chance of being pre war, but I would err on the side of caution and assume it is post war made. It is well used, but still in fairly good condition with some minor wear and age.
