This two piece insignia was worn on the front of enlisted men's and non commissioned officers' Schirmmtzen (peaked caps). The cockade retains its original red felt centre and black paint outer, while the silvered wreath shows detail and age patina consistent with period use. Reverse retains both original prongs. A
