It has a few pinprick holes (you can see small holes where rank insignia was pinned on)

I have been finding these for a long time but they have all been trash until I found this one

It appears the screws for closing the frames are missing. There are 2 sets of lenses as well, clear lenses and tinted lenses. Perhaps you could still put these to use.
