WAC / ANC Briefcase pre-WWII The pattern pressed into theVintage WWII leather briefcase document holder that belonged to either a WAC or an army nurse. It is named to Mary Helen Llewellyn (her name is written in pen by the zipper and looks to be followed with a service number). The initials M. H. L. are on the front in gold writing. The handles can be pulled up or pushed down. It is in decent, still usable condition. There is some light wear around the edges.
