Then the fabric after thoroughly washing is screenprinted by hand with metallics purple coconuts and mustard yellow firework remnants

and why it has a bit of a dark past

Then the piece was hand stitched with thread and pulled tightly. Then wax was hand painted on the fabric. Then the piece was hand dyed with natural indigo. Then special wash for wax removal and a thorough washing and fix bath. Finally it was blockprinted by with hand carved stamp blocks of flowers and tiny flowers, all original artwork. 15" x 123" Ink is heat set
