Each Malossi Roller is clearly marked with its weight. The main role in tuning a scooter variomatic is weight. Rule of thumb: the lighter your roller sets, the more rpm's are needed to push the rolls outwards through a centrifugal motion to set gear change in motion. Heavier rollers need lower rpm's to start this process. That means if your scooter has lighter rolls it will need
