Die cast brass, Aug Nov 1914 banners, original ribbon, glued top. Officially impressed: 904 PTE L. SJT E. J. HOWELL. 1 6 WELSH R. (Acting Sergeant, Glamorgan Battalion). Index card corrects name to HOWELLS making the medal incorrectly impressed. Very good condition.
