MEASUREMENTS (approximate): Bust 34" Waist 26 1 2" Hips 31" Length 42" Very cute dress but it has quite a few flaws, unfortunately. There are no side openings you must be able to pull this on over your head! The netting around the collar has holes and tears. The yellow decorative soutache has some staining. Some staining and small holes under the arms. The lining in the sleeves has
