Scallywag Small Batch Glen Scotia developing into smoky white pepperScallywag is part of independent bottler Douglas Laing's Remarkable Malts series. This blended malt is comprised of malts produced in the Speyside in small batches, and includes such distilleries as Mortlach, Macallan and Glenrothes, with 40% of the whisky matured in first fill sherry butts. Non chillfiltered, naturally coloured and bottled at 46%. Nose: Rich spices and delicious vanilla. Palate: Layers of sweet stewed fruit, Christmas pudding and
