The distillation is traditional in a Pot Still still, after cutting the heads it continues until reaching the bottling grade (41. 3%), without having to dilute it with water. Quebranta is a dry Pisco, with aromas of apricot, banana and hazelnuts, ideal for negronis and aperitif style cocktails
