Sigalas Assyrtiko Santorini 2023 Brand_Four in Hand followed by distillation with waterOn the magnificent island of Santorini, lies the ancient plain of Oia, where Domaine Sigalas can be found. Here, one of the most vibrant varieties of the Mediterranean, Assyrtiko grows alongside Athiri and other varieties including Aidani, Mandilaria and Mavrotragano. The estate was founded in 1991, located in the traditional canava (wine cellar) of the Sigalas family. In 1998, a new, modern winery was constructed nearby in a privately owned area.
