I have been unable to verify exactly what the WWII bottle looked like but it appears that the classic Sinalco bottle was introduced around 1950 and this fits that profile

The bag was actually originally produced to be fitted to the Y straps, but then reworked to have its own backpack straps. There are no maker marks, but that is likely because the factory added backpack straps cover the area where the maker marking is usually found. You can see where the Y strap hooks have been cut away. The modifications all look to me to be factory done. There is a little dirt
