The 2020 vintage is a blend of 80% Sangiovese, 15% Cabernet Sauvignon and 5% Cabernet Franc at 14% ABV. Hand harvested and fermented in temperature controlled tanks, the wine is aged in French oak barriques before bottle refinement.
