Its quite strong but I think to be completely functional it will need an epoxy liner

Skirt has specks along the waistband and a spot near the pocket

The back has the start of a small hole near the fancy seams at the waist - there is also a bit of staining underneath that area

This is why it is built with two handles

Price is for one. These were found with a lot of other items which were taken from a Wehrmacht supply depot by the locals after the Germans were pushed out. It was pretty common for people to take whatever they could and then end up having no real use for it, so they would just save the stuff.
