Matured solely in ex Oloroso sherry casks so expect all the rich and spicy notes typical of such maturation. Non chillfiltered, naturally coloured and bottled at 48%. Nose: Spiced honey and sweet raisins and sultanas, with a soft coffee note and walnut cake and a hint of orange.
