Slide a 12 gram CO2 cartridge into the tube inside the main body with the puncture end facing the top of the round towards the threaded plug which contains the firing pin

The snaps are very clean and function smoothly (the snaps are very often rusted or torn out)

I can not say for sure the grommets are missing as there really isn't anything to indicate they were ever installed
