Matured for 15 years predominantly in Oloroso sherry along with Pedro Ximnez. Non chillfiltered, naturally coloured and bottled at 46%. (Bottle size 750ml) TASTING NOTES Nose: Dark cherries, golden syrup and sweet spices to the fore, with hints of toffee, glazed figs and hazelnuts. Palate: Heather honey, alongside orange peel, cocoa and
