German Armband for Blind Person pre-WWII This size is slightly largerInteresting armband worn by a blind person which appears to be pre war or war time. You do sometimes see these in use in original pictures and I believe also in some original films showing life in various German cities. The armband has been taken in to make it smaller at some point. It appears to be well worn, but still in decent condition. There is a stamp but it is partly under the folded over area where it was taken in. The symbol of the 3 black
