DAB Dortmunder Beer Krug 1937 (Repro?) Book It measures about 3 1/8"

It measures about 3 1/8" long

Wearing it floppy and open is fairly common in original photographs

The buttons look like they were removed very early on as this probably would have had steel buttons and there is no rust staining from steel buttons

I am sure it would still be a pretty good flashlight

This seems to be a newer made reproduction krug, probably created as an advertising thing. I have actually had nearly identical krugs that were much much older. Good condition. This is a krug, not a stein. Stein is what English speakers and tourists say. In German a stein is a stone, and is not used to describe a beverage container.
