MEASUREMENTS (approximate): Bust 37" Waist 24" Hips 38" Length 45" Label reads "Tailored by McMullen Exclusively for the M. O'Neil Company" The dress is in decent to good condition with some wear. There is some very light overall discoloration, most noticeable on the skirt. There are several brown spots on the skirt. The collar shows light discoloration. The hook and eye at the waist has left rust
