There is a loop on one side to attach it to a chain or perhaps for a clip to hook onto. It is in overall good condition, but it does have a few missing and loose beads. The inside lining has a bit of rust colored staining near the opening. It measures a little under 3 1 4" tall at the tallest point and about 2 3 4" at the widest.
