It has the gold and black braid and a lieutenant's rank bar pinned on. Made by Knox. Decent condition with some issues. The lieutenant's bar is marked Sterling and shows some wear tarnishing. There is some stains on the hat from the pin and a pink spot near it. There is a water stain on the back of the hat on one side. Light overall discoloration.
