Sarpa di Poli is obtained from pomace of grape varieties with floral and delicately herbaceous aromas, steam distilled in copper pot stills using a discontinuous cycle. Description: Intense golden yellow color. On the nose, herbaceous with fresh notes of mint, rose, geranium. On the palate, rustic, robust, sincere, and generous.
