Printed on mulberry paper from Japan during the Meiji era (1868 1912). In good condition, with a slightly rusted central editorial fold and intact margins. Mochizuki Gyokusen (1834 1913) was an important Japanese painter of the Maruyama Shij school, active during the Meiji period. Originally from Kyoto, he specialized in painting landscapes, flowers, and birds, characterized by a refined use
